your reception phone stops ringing

guests scan a card in their room and get the wi-fi, the menu, housekeeping and the neighbourhood. when they do want something, it rings at the right desk until a human accepts it.

the problem

six questions, forty times a day

none of them need a human. all of them interrupt one. and the requests that genuinely do need a human get buried underneath them.

  • “what's the wi-fi password?”
  • “can you send the menu up?”
  • “could we get two more towels?”
  • “where's good to eat around here?”
  • “what time is check-out again?”
  • “is the pool open yet?”
both sides of the same request

the room asks. the desk answers.

one card, one queue, and nothing in between that a guest has to install or a receptionist has to remember.

how it works

one card in the room

everything a guest asks for, and everything your team needs to answer it, behind a single scan.

01

a card in the room

printed with the room number and a qr. the guest scans and they are in — no app, no password, no otp. the link dies when they check out.

02

they mostly answer themselves

wi-fi, timings, policies, the in-room menu, housekeeping amenities, spa slots, a taxi, and an honest local guide with directions that open straight into maps.

03

it rings at the right desk

not one shared inbox. housekeeping, the kitchen, the spa and maintenance each get their own queue, their own target time and their own escalation.

04

and it keeps ringing

full screen, with sound and vibration, until somebody accepts. there is no dismiss button — only a snooze that comes back in a minute.

what it covers

five things, one card

everything a guest asks for and everything your team needs to answer it, without a second screen.

one card in the room

printed with the room number and a qr. no app, no password, no otp — and the link dies at checkout.

it keeps ringing

full screen, with sound, until somebody accepts. there is no dismiss button.

three stamps nobody can erase

received, accepted, completed — written by the database, appended not edited.

reply without leaving the queue

two-way messaging to the room, and to whatsapp when the guest would rather use that.

the weekly report a gm will read

median time to accept, who is late, what sold — derived from the stamps, not self-reported.

what the guest gets

everything behind one scan

no app, no account. it opens in the browser and looks like your property, not like software.

what you get

one queue, one honest number

the room asks, the right desk answers, and the week adds itself up without anyone filling in a form.

every property, one queue

run one hotel or nine. the desk sees its own rooms; the group office sees all of them.

reply without leaving the queue

the guest asks in the room. you answer from the desk — or from whatsapp, if that is where they started.

no app to install

a qr card and the browser the guest already has. no download, no account, no otp.

request volume

see the shape of your week. the 9 pm housekeeping spike is not a feeling — it is a staffing decision.

the front desk

two buttons. that is the whole training.

accept, then mark as completed. everything else — which department, how long is left, who is late, what it costs — is already on the card.

  • a countdown ring per request, amber at 80%, red on breach
  • escalates to the manager's device when nobody picks up
  • reply to the room without leaving the queue
  • response times, busiest hours, most-asked items

it rings until somebody accepts

the request takes over the screen, makes noise and vibrates. there is no dismiss button — only a snooze that comes back in sixty seconds, and an escalation to the manager if nobody moves.

a notification that can be missed is the one failure this product exists to remove.

why the owner cares

three stamps nobody can erase

received, accepted, completed. written by the database, not by staff. a request can be declined with a reason the guest sees, but it cannot quietly disappear — which is the only reason the weekly report is worth reading.

figures from a demo property. your own appear in the console from day one.

a guest does not think about your software. they think about whether the towels came.

everything here exists so the answer is yes, and so you can prove it on friday.

your guests

they arrive from everywhere. without your app

a guest who lands at 1 am after eleven hours in the air will not download anything. they will scan a card on the desk, or they will pick up the phone and call you. this is built for the first one.

any browser
safari on an iphone 11, chrome on a five-year-old android, whatever the tablet in the lobby runs. it is a web page.
no account
the qr carries a signed token for that stay. nothing to sign up for, nothing to remember, nothing to delete afterwards.
hosted in mumbai
ap-south-1, so the round trip stays inside india for the staff who use it all day.
works on hotel wi-fi
the guest side needs no push permission. the desk gets the push; the guest just keeps the tab.

drag the globe. the arcs are the routes guests fly in on, not a claim about where we have servers — there is one region, and it is mumbai.

rollout

live in a day, because there is nothing to integrate

no pms connector, no app review, no hardware on site. the slowest step is waiting for the cards to come back from the printer.

if you want pms folio posting or the channel manager wired in, that is a separate conversation and it takes longer than a day. we will say so rather than promise around it.

01day 0 · morning

you send us the room list

a spreadsheet is fine. room numbers, floors, and which departments actually exist — housekeeping, kitchen, spa, maintenance. we load it the same day.

02day 0 · afternoon

we put your name on it

your wordmark, your colour, your tone of voice, optionally your own domain. a guest scanning the card in room 214 never sees a vendor.

03day 1

the cards go in the rooms

one printed card per room, each with its own qr. we send print-ready pdfs; your usual printer does the rest. housekeeping places them on the turndown round.

04day 1 · evening

the desk signs in

one access code per property, and it stays signed in for thirty days. training is two buttons — accept, then mark as completed. about four minutes.

05week 1

the first report lands

median time to accept, median time to complete, which department is slow, what guests actually asked for — derived from timestamps the database wrote, not from what anyone remembers.

white label

it wears your name, not ours

your wordmark, your colour, your tone of voice, optionally your own domain. a guest never sees a vendor.

changelog

still being built,
in the open.

v0.4

the front desk console, rebuilt

the desk is the screen staff stare at for eight hours, so it stopped looking like an admin panel. a board of panes each property can rearrange, and a greeting that collapses the moment the queue fills.

built by a small studio. no team to pad this row with.
see pricing
v0.3

reporting that comes from timestamps

median time to accept, median time to complete, who is late and what guests actually asked for — all derived from stamps the database wrote on insert, not from anybody's recollection.

built by a small studio. no team to pad this row with.

v0.2

it rings until somebody accepts

a full-screen takeover with sound and vibration. no dismiss button — only a snooze that returns in sixty seconds, and an escalation to the manager if nobody moves.

faq

what hoteliers ask first

staff, wi-fi, guest privacy and who it looks like.

they can't. it takes over the screen, makes noise and vibrates until somebody accepts, and escalates to the manager when nobody does. that is the whole design.

requests also reach whatsapp on your own number, and the console keeps polling as well as listening, so a dropped connection doesn't silently stop it. there's a real phone number in the guest app too — we never trap a guest inside the software.

no. it opens in the phone's browser straight from the qr. no app, no account, no password.

their link stops working immediately and their conversation is sealed. the next guest in that room starts clean and can never see what the last one asked for.

yours. your wordmark, your colour, your tone of voice, optionally your own domain. a guest never sees a vendor — they see the property they're staying in.

a day. we load your content, you stand the cards in the rooms, and your team needs twenty minutes because there are only two buttons.
